North Sea Winches have just delivered a 40 tonne WLL winch to Sparrows Fluid Power in Aberdeen. The winch is part of a riser decommissioning project for Talisman Energy. 

The winch has been designed to DNV 2.22 rules for offshore lifting equipment and has undergone fully dynamic testing at North Sea Winches facility in Scarborough. 

North Sea Winches and Sparrows are developing close ties to deliver hydraulic systems and winches for the offshore, marine and deck equipment markets. 

Along with new bespoke builds North Sea Winches and Sparrows can offer hire equipment including Winches, HPU’s, Lifting and Rigging equipment, Personnel and training.
